Coverage:
When you purchase Shipping Protection, your order is safeguarded against loss and damage during transit. This coverage ensures that if your item is lost or damaged while being shipped, we will take the following actions:

Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit and cannot be located by the carrier, we will promptly reship the item to you at no additional cost.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the item to be reshipped to you at no extra charge.
Claims Process:
To file a claim under the Shipping Protection policy, please follow these steps:

Lost Items:

- Provide your order number and details about the missing item.
- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
- If the item is confirmed lost, we will reship it to you promptly.

Damaged Items:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@purefeet.co within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
- Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Once we verify the damage, we will reship the item to you without additional charges.
Exclusions:
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Orders where Shipping Protection was not purchased.
- Items reported as lost or damaged after 7 days from delivery.
- Items where the damage is due to improper handling by the recipient.
